Description

The main objective of this project is to develop a comprehensive management system for the marketing of pharmaceutical products that is able to receive orders from customers, to produce orders for logistics processing, carry out the load planning and  delivery routes,  to control and automatically verify the delivery in time and form (first time quality) and, finally, assign to each line item the actual costs derived.

EnergyLab's Tasks

EnergyLab performed the following tasks:

  • Analysis of the energy consumption reduction and its associated costs, as well as the reduction of the consequent environmental impact, derived from the reduction of waste and reprocessing (first time quality) inherent to the use of the integral management system.
  • Fleet study. Analysis of the influential variables in vehicle consumption.
  • Definition of thermodynamic models that allow, based on the monitored data (dynamic) and the vehicle’s own characteristics (static), the estimation of the fuel consumption ratio.
  • Definition of the calculation models that allow, based on the monitored data or their historical (dynamic) data and the specific characteristics of the service (static), the fractional allocation of maintenance costs of the vehicles to the different orders distributed in the following services .
  • Identification of the significant variables to be displayed in the mobile interface relevants for the user’s operations according to their profile.
