Description

The project focuses on the analysis of the algorithm which regulates the battery recovery process of the MACBATEC company machine, as well as the hardware / software update of the MACBATEC battery regeneration machine.

EnergyLab's Tasks

EnergyLab performed the following taks:

Identification of the algorithm related to the recovery of batteries (generation of pulses).
Analysis of the algorithm and variables related to the battery recovery procedure.
Original’s machine performance characterization
Machine’s hardware analysis and optimization of the elements susceptible to be improved (PC control cards).
Machine’s code adaptation according to the needs of the new hardware System validation.
