Description

The aim of the Project is analyzing the potential production of biogas in Galicia and its later injection into natural gas supply networks.

EnergyLab's Tasks

EnergyLab performed the following tasks:

  • Analysis of the energy potential use of waste in Galicia.
  • Research on energy valuation of different kinds of waste: fishing, livestock, WWTP and Marpol (marine oily waste) waste).
  • Research on regulation linked to waste management in Galicia as well as biogas injection into natural gas networks.
  • Proposal for possible locations of pilot plants according to obtained power.
